Health & Safety Notice

Important: If you have sensitive skin, medical conditions, allergies (including allergies to flowers, pets, cosmetics, or skincare products), or any health concerns that we should be aware of, please inform us before your shoot session.

For clients with sensitive skin or known allergies, we strongly recommend bringing your own makeup and skincare products (especially base makeup) to minimize the risk of allergic reactions. MilkyWay Studio shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions resulting from makeup, skincare, hair products, flowers, pets, or other materials used during the session.

Image Usage

MilkyWay Studio reserves the right to use photographs and images captured during the session for portfolio display, marketing, publication, website content, social media, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used for such purposes, please notify us before the shoot session begins.

Payments Terms

  1. All payments and deposits made to MilkyWay Studio are strictly non-refundable.
  2. A 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm any photography session booking.
  3. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the actual shoot upon completion of the session.
  4. Deposits and payments are valid for up to 6 months from the original booking date.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

  1. Upon receipt of the deposit and confirmation of the booking date, MilkyWay Studio will reserve the selected time slot exclusively for the client.
  2. Any rescheduling request for a confirmed shoot session will incur a rescheduling fee of S$50 per request.
  3. Please arrange your preferred date and time carefully, as we reserve the slot exclusively for you and may decline other bookings for that period.
  4. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
  5. If a session is rescheduled and there has been a revision to our pricing, the latest package rates will apply.
  6. Rescheduling is permitted up to two (2) times only. Any subsequent rescheduling will require a new deposit to secure the booking.
  7. In the event that a session must be cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances on the studio’s side, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit paid, plus an additional amount equivalent to 50% of the deposit as compensation.

Agreement

By making a deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated above.
