Q1: What should I prepare before the actual shoot?
A: We recommend keeping your hair color in a consistent tone before the session; removed your eyelash extension if you are having your makeover with us. Get a good night’s sleep, and come with a relaxed mindset. Most importantly, stay chill and enjoy the experience—we’ll guide you through the rest!
Q2: I’m not good at posing. Will you guide me?
A: Definitely! Most of our clients are not professional models. We will guide you throughout the shoot with natural poses and expressions, helping you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
Q3: How important is Hair & makeup by professional MUA for concept shoots?
A: Professional hair and makeup can make a significant difference in the overall outcome of a concept shoot. We highly recommend engaging our partnered makeup artists if you’d like to achieve a look similar to our portfolio samples. However, if you prefer a simple shoot or have very strong preference in your own makeup look,you’re welcome to book us for photography service solely.
Q4: What if my final photos don’t look exactly like the sample images?
A: Every photoshoot is a unique creative process influenced by many factors, including individual features, styling, makeup, lighting conditions, weather, and personal expression. While we will do our best to achieve your desired style and aesthetic, we cannot guarantee identical results to any reference or sample image.
Q5: How will the original JPEGs and edited photos be delivered?
A: Photos are typically delivered via a Google Drive link. Please download and save your files promptly, as the online gallery will only be available for one month after delivery. Original JPEG files are provided in high-resolution format and will generally have basic lighting & framing correction applied before any retouching.

A: Our signature retouching includes:

- Subtle and natural slimming adjustments for the face and body when appropriate
