Payments Terms
- Payments/deposits made to MilkyWay Studio is strictly non-refundable
- A 50% deposit is required for any reservation of a shoot session
- Balance payment is to be made after the actual shoot on the same day
- Payments & deposits made are only valid for 6 months
Rescheduling/Cancellations
- Upon deposit payment and date confirmation, MilkyWay Studio will reserve that slot timing solely for the booked client
- Rescheduling for ALL actual shoot will strictly incur a charge of $50.Please arrange your booking timeslots wisely as we will block out our timeslot for you solely and not take further job once your comfirm your booking with us by deposit, appreciated for your understanding in our work
- No-show will incur the full amount of service scheduled for
- If the session has been rescheduled and there is a change in pricing it will be updated to the latest pricing
- Rescheduled is only allowed within 2 times, a new deposite will be required afterwards
Liability
- MilkyWay Studio reserves the right to all images captured for portfolio and publication purposes.
If you are not comfortable with such practice, please notify us before the actual shoot. Thank you for your cooperation. - MilkyWay Studio is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used during MUA service. You may bring the products you are comfortable with and notify us.
*Please note that once a deposit is made, it will be automatically deemed as a consent of this terms and Condition.
